My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Thank you for clicking on my face, welcome to my personal area!

Nutmegger, Yankee, fan of crisp mornings, rolling hills, endless plains and scorching deserts. (And desserts) living in NYC - road trip to LA until the 19th!

I'm observant, thoughtful, ambitious, caring, and politically incorrect. Sharp as a razor, strong like a train. I get along best with people who are unusual, and mostly not from this country. Third culture kid. Into mediation, but for actualization, and concentration, rather than prolonged navel gazing. More vegetation than anything else, but a huge fan of grilling steaks in the summer - everything in moderation, including moderation.

I'm looking for a real relationship, somebody who feels equally at home as my +1 to the Met, on the back of a motorbike, or taking the lead.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
In this industrious world, meet the illustrious. I was educated as an Architect and Engineer by (1) artist and (1) intellectual. Currently a "Builder", and loving it.
For the next few years, be living, breathing, and loving the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Exciting!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
My shit is together ... though I do sometimes leave my socks on the floor and still have trouble with health insurance forms, so let me know if you're any good at that.

I love to cook and host. I strive to have at least one big meal every quarter. I'm good for the cooking, but looking for somebody turns the meal into an event.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!

Royal Tannenbaums, Syriana, Blade Runner, Apocalypse Now, Larry of Arabia, Interstellar (duh), Happy People. I don't know .. Star Wars and anything else that involves a outer space ...

... Non-Fiction, Science Fiction, Biographies, text books, *cough*. I used to read a lot of books, like a lot. I still want to, any good recommendations? I'm going to put Invisible Cities here, oh! and also The Power Broker.

Pretty much all kinds of music, Bach, Rattat, "Indie of all kinds", and find Sigur Ros to be particularly enchanting for late night subway rides. Led Zeppelin, The Doors, The Clash, The White Stripes ... etc. NPR? Can that go here?

I cannot enjoy ice cream responsibility.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
A change of pants,
a wrench set,
a crisp button down,
a riding jacket,
and hundreds and hundreds of miles of open road.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I really hope this works better than my pen-pal-to-a-woman's-prison plan ...

On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Working ... working working ... and then cooking myself dinner and unwinding. Good things happen on Saturdays, and Saturday nights.
