My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a social pediatrics resident working in the Bronx, but living in Manhattan. The social part of my residency focuses on how the social determinants of health affect medical outcomes and how we can make the world a better place. Essentially, I'm an idealist. With an MPH to boot! :)
That said, I define myself by my very many non-medical interests. I love travel, offbeat comedy, ethnic food (especially Korean), pop culture, modern/contemporary art and music.
I'm inquisitive, fun-loving, adorable, intelligent, creative and probably the nicest person you could ever hope to meet. I'm also left-handed!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Saving lives and helping the medically underserved! Or at least trying to.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Writing (I used to want to be a writer before deciding on medicine. I was a history major and French minor back in the day).
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My eyebrows and eyes. ;)

Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Family & friends, cities, travel (my favorite thing to do), art (especially quirky pieces that make you smile), good food and books
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
To be honest, my next day off. Residency can be tough...
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Going to concerts, meeting up w/ friends, exploring the greater parts of NYC (like City Island and Randalls Island).
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I think I have an adolescent boy's sense of humor. I like Workaholics and all those mini live action shows on Adult Swim (like Children's Hospital and NTSF:SD:SUV).

You're a really smart, slightly dorky, intellectual-type person with a big heart. I have a thing for the Demetri Martins and David Wains of the world.
