In theory I'd love to meet someone (MY AGE or within a 4 year range) who I can share dnd and warcraft with, and go to the comic book store, and enjoy the sames shows and movies. It kills me when people don't have the same sense of humor, that beautiful genius art misunderstood. But if they're just open to it at least, and can show me new things as well? That's just as good.

On the other hand, I recently had a crush on a sexy guy who didn't own a tv and played experimental jazz. So I'm not really sure what I want.

The one thing I know if I want someone who's really looking to put themselves out there for love and relationships. Sex is so easy. Anybody can get that in spades. A real connection is so much harder to find.

Ok, here's some things I hate about this whole online dating thing. People SOOOOOO don't look like their pictures. God! I'm willing to take a risk and meet people in person because I am new to the area and I want to go out and have fun. Is that not what other people are on here before. But my experience so far has been terrible. Maybe I'm about to share too much and scare away some hot guys but here goes none-the-less.

I have met three guys off this website. One was a TOTAL hottie and smart and active and weird in the good way where they like off-the -beaten path things and have cool art in their apartments. But he was only interested in ONE thing. And, dude, seriously, if I just wanted SEX, I'm a GIRL, not that hard to find. I'm too old for that crap.

Guy number two, I swear, was not even close to looking like his picture. Let's just say I was very disappointed.

The third did look like his pic, kinda, but was so dull and well not quite as good as his pic in real life. I'm starting to get very disappointed.

I'm old enough and experienced enough to know what I want in life and know I don't want to settle for less. In fact I have three guy standards that are honestly big shoes to fill.

The first is the Sean Standard. Sean was a an ex of mine. It's true. The relationship was extremely lovey-dovey and didn't always satisfy me but we knew each other soul deep and I want to find that kind of connection again but I don't need to know about all your bowel movements, tends to ruin some sexiness. But he wanted to know me, really know me. That's a beautiful thing.

The second is the John Standard. I just was elementally attracted to him in a mystical way. You know what I mean, I think everybody's had that before where someone just pushes the right buttons. I won't settle for less than that level of attracted chemistry, what's the point otherwise?

The third is the Kevin standard. Kevin is just a friend, always had been. But Kevin knows how to treat a girl right. Seriously, he spoils me rotten. He says he's going to make it other guys look like crap when they try to date me, haha. Ok, not to scare anybody off here, I'm really not spoiled, but I am used to NICENESS now.

That's just me now. If anyone is looking for an awesome slow build fun relationship and these same things in life, hit me up.
