My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Update: I just moved to Vegas with my girlfriend and don't know anyone else here. I could really use some friends! I've also recently gotten back into frequenting the gym, so if you want a gym buddy...

I'm a huge film fan, especially obscure indie/foreign dramas and scifi films. My favourite directors are Stanley Kubrick, Quentin Tarantino, and Darren Aronofsky.

I'm also a big fan of reading books so I always have a book in progress on my Kindle. I'm taking a break from the Song Of Ice And Fire series (I've heard too many meh things about A Dance With Dragons), just finished the Fellowship of the Rings, and am currently re-reading Dune. I also love creative writing in my free time, and really should start setting aside time to work on writing a story again.

I'm also an ENFJ, if the names Myers, Briggs, and Jung mean anything to you.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working at my job in Orlando while job hunting here in Vegas, trying to break into the data analyst industry.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Metaphors. Also, snarky responses and finding obscure indie/foreign films.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm pretty tall, around 6', and have bright blue eyes. So, probably either of those. Oh, and I love neon nail polishes, so my fingers usually stand out.

Movies: Like I said before, I love anything by Darren Aronofsky, Quentin Tarantino, and Stanley Kubrick. Requiem For A Dream is one of my favourite movies ever. I also love Primer, Star Wars, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Have you seen Sunshine? That one's brilliant too.

Books: House Of Leaves, hands down. Also, the Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy, the Space Odyssey series, Foundation, and Lamb: The Gospel According To Biff. And a Song of Ice and Fire!! Currently (re)reading: Dune.

Shows: Arrested Development!
Also, Futurama, Lost, Dexter, Star Trek: TNG, Wilfred, Weeds, Breaking Bad, Gilmore Girls, The Office (UK), Archer, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Friends, Sex and the City, Seinfeld and The Sopranos. I'm watching Curb Your Enthusiasm right now.

Music: My music loves make me sound like a walking contradiction. I love punk, ska, and grunge, but I also have this guilty pleasure with dubstep and pop. Some of my faves: Pearl Jam, 12th Planet, Queen, , Pink Floyd, Alice In Chains, Ke$ha, Bad Religion, Nirvana, Skrillex, Muse... And I fucking love Streetlight Manifesto. By their final your last year, I'd seen them fourteen times!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. The Internet
2. Some way to get onto the Internet
3. Caffeine
4. Books
5. Music
6. Knowledge and the ability to question
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The important questions in life. Do I want espresso, pour-over, or french pressed coffee? Guatemalan or Ethiopian beans? Black or with a little cream and sugar?

After that, it's commonly how really, in the grand scheme of things, none of this matters. Life is fleeting, and your life is what you make it. Carpe diem, memento mori, yolo. (wait, what)
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
These days, driving out to the middle of Death Valley to stargaze or watching Netflix. I try to indulge myself in reading but tend to get distracted by Veep or Modern Family.
