I'm Alex.
I was pretty much raised in comic book shop. Which explains why I love to sit around and discuss comics and movies, pretty much anything entertainment wise. It's all about having a good conversation. I really want to expand my interests and meet people outside of my circle. Dating geeky guys has not been good to me.
I'm not skinny, but I don't feel bad about it anymore. I've gotten to the point where I finally feel confident and beautiful. It's a pretty great place to be.
I've always naturally had more male friends then female. There's a lot less drama involved.
I'm a nice girl, but I can harness the power of sarcasm and wit pretty well.

In college, I like it pretty well but I'm not sure where I'm going from there. I think a lot about teaching maybe art or english.
People tell me I should go to culinary, because I'm a pretty amazing cook.
I'm not sure though, I'm just going to figure it out later.

making people laugh. I'm usually the comic relief of the group. I think I'm the quirky sidekick in the movie.
Scrabble. I really like board games. They're only fun if you're playing with interesting people though.

A couple of people have told me my eyes. I like them.

My favorite book is definitely The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. It's the perfect mix of comedy and scifi. Some other favorites are Pride and Prejudice, The Areas of My Expertise, If chins could kill confessions of a B movie actor (makes you want to grab a bunch of friends and make a movie) and Kingdom Come. I used to be a pretty avid reader but I haven't read as much lately.
I like a lot of movies. I'll watch just about anything, except horror. I'm kind of a scaredy cat. Tried to get over my crazy zombie fear by dressing up in some really awesome zombie makeup, I'm still a chicken.
My top 5 would probably be Army of Darkness, Office Space, Iron Man, Pride and Prejudice, and Star Trek. Lately I've been in an action movie mood though.
I don't listen to a lot of music, I'm open to most of it though.
I'm a pretty amazing cook, my favorite food is probably homemade macaroni and cheese though. I also really love tomatoes. I really like to cook for friends. I get to show off my skills and spend time with people. I'm always looking for more people to cook for.

Generally I'm hanging out with friends. I like to do pretty simple stuff, watch movies, go to the mall or just sit around and talk about movies/comics/tv shows/life.
Or I'm relaxing at home alone.

I'm a big fan of the late night diner run, talking nonsense and drinking coffee.

I try too hard to get people to like me sometimes, working on being more aloof.
