My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm almost viciously against anything mainstream. On the other hand my first rule is to always be easy- going, because in the end I think fun is an invaluable resource.

Given what I've said before, I see myself as fun and easy- going. I have a deep passion for writing and understanding the world from an alternate lens.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
So, this answer quickly became a bit outdated...
At the moment I am actually pursuing a new job, moving closely to the Online Marketing nest that I love. Right, so we have Online Marketing down. What else?
I guess every day for me is generally going through a clusterfuck of articles, publications and impressions on the topic.
On the side I generally live in between the other stuff I've mentioned in this glorious profile (being somewhat of a musical snob, exposing myself to new ideas, liking philosophy and soooo on). And now let's move on :P
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm pretty good with social skills. I'm also great at learning new stuff.
My number one skill is being random. I am known for this ability across the land. Just ask anyone.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm expressive, balding and... I guess it depends on my mood. I do think I give a quirky vibe regardless of my mood though.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I love Tolkien, Terry Pratchett, Sartre, Hemingway, Oscar Wilde, Camus, anyone who has ever written for the sake of literature. Also, hit me with philosophy any day of the week.

The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, A Hitch-hiker's guide to the Galaxy, Harry Brown, Reservoir Dogs, A Clockwork Orange, Inception, Gangs of New York... My tastes revolve around paradoxes, I can be perceived as a snob or as an average guy, depending on when you look.

Mad Men, Californication, Sherlock, The Mentalist, Game of Thrones are my top 5 shows at the moment.

Music (are you kidding me?):
Right, artist names: Kasabian, Arctic Monkeys, Calvin Harris, Justice, M83, Hot Chip, Effterklang, Bloody Beetroots, SebastiAn, Last of the Shadow Pupetts, Sabaton, Rammstein... And many, many more... There is little logic to this lineup, but if you find it, let me know.
Indie is my favourite general style, I do love brit rap (like Jehst, or Foreign Beggars, Taskforce, etc), of course I like metal and the great rock legends (Hendrix & others); oh and Punk is something that I really like. But, uhm, I guess I tend to not like mainstream music in general (it's not on purpose).

Anything well- prepared, preferably exotic. But I like fast- food too. If I like it, I eat it, if I don't I probably won't (obviously :P ).
Not sure if I have a favourite cuisine...
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Ideas
2. Honest and real human connection
3. Nature
4. Perception (my own being a big favorite)
5. Basic human needs, I guess- like water, air and all that
6. Humor
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Everything! I hate closing my mind to any topic whatsoever. I hate it when people don't want to think or talk about something. I disagree with the practice. If it's in the world, if it happens, ignoring it creates a barrier between you and reality; and while I don't think we (most probably as individuals) can know reality for certain... I still think we need to give it a shot. We need to be open to the fact that we must have an opinion about everything, while accepting that it may be wrong.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I either have some obscure reason to stay at home, or I go out. In my ideal world I would always go out on Friday night.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've been subtly changing my words from british english to us english over the years. I am evil that way.

If you like adventure, idealism, realism, snobbishness (yes, it's an actual word) and general openness towards life and ideas. By this point in my life I've noticed I tend to alternate between these keywords.
