My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I write with my left, throw with my left, vote left, but when it comes to everyday living I do the right thing when nobody is looking.

Raised in Chicago and 11 great years in New York City, I made the move to LA in '06. I come from a big family (5 bros. and a sister), so I can handle any social situation. I think milk chocolate is my favorite food group. I think you would say I'm “Say Anything’s” Lloyd Dobler meets “Wesley” from “Princess Bride” meets Josh from “Big”.

I can be intense when I'm passionate, but calm under pressure.
I'm surrounded by family who care about one another, have intelligent and playfully artistic/creative friends, who value and respect me as I them, and who know you can't buy taste and class. I don't understand why anybody would text/answer a phone in a theater. A movie, a live show, should be the great escape.

I'm ready to meet one smart, creative, funny, attractive, confident and down-to-earth woman, who appreciates my passion, spontaneous love, laughs and kindness. Open and honest, I invite you to ask me anything.

If you're looking for a guy who would like to make one woman his priority (and her kids), who displays a natural chivalrous personality, and gives because he wants to... not because he has to, I invite you to contact me. Oh, I think it's amazing someone from earth has won Miss Universe every year.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I spend my days, some nights, behind the camera field directing, producing, interviewing, writing and also asked to run camera. I'm not on here looking for a job, but I'm proud to say I'm respected in my field, and I do it with integrity. Filling my free time with friends, working out, going to museums, live music and theater, exploring LA, is where we can start.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
what I do for a living, laughing (often at myself), communicating, being honest and reliable, making a German pancake and Lasagna.
The first things people usually notice about me

is my smile. Or is it my height, 6'2? Or is it my lips? Or is it my smooth skin? Or is it my hazel eyes? Or is it that I'll look you in the eye(s)

FOOD: I know my way around the kitchen. Thai, Vietnamese, Sushi, lots of Fish, french fries, but not other fried foods. I try and eat organic.

Quick TV list: HBO's The NEWSROOM, Late night talk (Letterman, Ferguson, Kimmel, Fallon, anything but Leno) Bill Maher, Don't care about reality tv, and you'll probably never see me watching FOX "News".
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Family--Friends
Creativity
Humor/Wit
Music
Exercise
My glasses
I can live without: Religious fanatics/The Clueless Republican, fried foods (french fries don't count)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
If absence makes the heart grow fonder, what does present do? If Cybel Shepard married Ish Kabibble, her name would be Cybel Kabibble. I think about current events, I think about how Bush f'd up this country, how the world is changing so quickly, and how I'd like to use my passport more often. I think about doing pretty well alone, but think it would be great to be with one (and kids if they come with you). I just often think!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Having a nice meal with friends. Obviously, looking for love in all the wrong places.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
At age 10 we had an English Sheep dog named Irving. He bit my two yr-old brother on the face. My Dad said, "We're going to have to get rid of him". I said, "It's OK, because I have three more brothers." I was sad to find out he was talking about Irving.

You're an intelligent woman, who knows how to communicate, where our artistic and creative sides just "click" when we're out, or in.
I'm open to having children, or being part of what my friend calls, "instant family". But, let's first see how it goes one-on-one. I want to catch your glance from across the room at a party, and we just know we will always be best as one.
