I'm a sociable introvert and somewhat nerdy taste-wise. I work out or play sports every day but am by no means a gym rat. I enjoy the outdoors even though I don't get there often enough from here.

Though I've lived in St. Louis for five years, I'm a Colorado kid at heart. I lived there for more than twenty years, outside of my time away at college.

I am eclectic. (Do I contradict myself? Very well then, I contradict myself. I am large, I contain multitudes.)

I write resumes as a profession (not a euphemism for being unemployed), and I write creatively on my own time (one book out, another on the way). Eventually I'd like to make the creative side financially viable on its own.

I regularly play basketball, racquetball, and board games, but I don't know that I can say I'm really good at any of them. I used to be pretty good at pool and darts but no longer play as much as I'd like.

No typical answer, but here are the most likely three:
1. Meeting up with friends for a game night at home or visit to a low-key bar with a good jukebox.
2. Going to a poetry reading or other art event.
3. Alt-Tabbing between whatever piece of writing I'm working on and whatever PC game has my attention at the moment.

There are four visible (small) scars on my face, which makes me seem like I've had a much more adventurous life than I actually have.

If you like creative, intellectual types who aren't limited to that category. I generally respond well to straightforwardness.
