My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Self-summary... hmmm. Normal, creative, adventurous, sarcastic, shocking, foodie. You want to know more? Ask me anything, but be warned, my filter is often broken. I've been known to drop some jaws.

I have the same Myers-Briggs as Walter Whi... sheeit. I mean Mr. Darcy, and uh, Gandalf. Yeah.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I explore life through a lens, opening people's eyes to the potential world around them. And then corporate videos/commercials pay the bills.

After that I do whatever I feel like, whether it be taking a ride or going for a hike. I'm game for practically anything.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Sarcasm, random trivia, taking action, taking direction, being a nice guy, being an asshole when needed, being awkward, quoting movies, playing pointless never ending games, telling others about best kept secrets, adventures, never being lost, zoning out, and keeping focus amongst other things.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
It depends on the context in which you meet me.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Sirens of Titan, Hocus Pocus, Slaughterhouse Five, and the rest. Invisible Monsters, Choke, Pygmy, is it weird that I've read all of Palahniuk except for Fight Club? More books: Hitchhickers Guide to the Galaxy, World War Z, Ishmael (which should be hyper-mass produced and given to everyone free), 1984, Brave New World, Island, and more. Lately I've been on a sci-fi kick, and kicking myself for not having read the Ender's Game series as a child. I've read a lot of other books as well, like the classics and such.

If I could have any author write the story of me, I'd pick Roald Dahl.

Movies: The last movie I saw in the theaters was Moonrise Kingdom. I'm a huge Wes Anderson fan. Im also a fan of Aronofsky, Fincher, Burton, Jeunet, Jarmusch, Tarantino, Spike Jones, the Coen brothers, and Mel Brooks. I could list movies for days, but I'll try to keep it to some of the tops.
Favorite Best Worst: Hackers and Starship Troopers. No, not The Room (though always down for a midnight screening), or Troll 2.
Favorite Quirky: Delicatessen/Amelie
Favorite Period Piece: The Pianist
Favorite WTF: Irreversible/Oldboy. In fact, the entire revenge trilogy is fucked up. Everyone should watch Oldboy, but if you watch it more than once; clearly, something is wrong with you.
Favorite Anime: Miyazaki clearly wins this round.
Favorite Childhood Movie: The Princess Bride/Labyrinth
Favorite Novel Adaptation: Fight Club. Does this count considering I haven't read it? Palahniuk said it himself that the movie was better than the book. So, that's how I justify not reading Fight Club.
Favorite Director: Wes Anderson. He's the best "dollhouse" director.

If I could have any actor play the role of me, in the movie of my life, I'd choose either Sam Rockwell, Gary Oldman, or Alan Rickman.

Television: Umm, most all HBO original series. I recently binged on that TV version of Fargo. I spoke like a true Minnesotan for a good three weeks there. Oh yah you betcha. Also, Netflix originals are coming along quite nicely. The theme song to Orange is the New Black refuses to leave my head - I'm okay with this.

Music: Never have I ever said to myself, "I'd like to relax, let's throw on some dubstep." I've been accused of listening to "white people" music. I don't do country, unless it's Hank, Guthrie, Willie, or Jr. Brown. Not a fan of Rap. Recently I've been listening to groups that have both male and female vocals, as well as stuff that gets my feet movin'. I'm not one to search out that obscure band that no one has heard of. I just go by what other people have introduced me to, if I like it, I like it. If I don't, I don't.

If I could have someone compose the score to my life, it'd be Philip Glass.

Food: I'm a self proclaimed foodie, however, I hate one food that would be considered blasphemous to any true foodie. And, that's cheese. I can't do it. It's too much, it over powers everything it's paired with. With one exception, and that's pizza. But, if there's too much or it's the wrong kind, the pizza is ruined. Feel free to convince me otherwise. No more ranting. I try to get out to a new restaurant once a week. I love going out and finding places I haven't been. When it comes to cooking, I do it from scratch as much as possible. Nothing taste better than something you've prepared with your own hands, unless it's those Taco Tropical from LoLó. Fucking Delicious. Oh, and those Jerk Spiced Duck Hearts from Alembic, also very fucking delicious.

If I had to choose a last meal it would probably be... wait, that's like a million dollar question. I can't answer that. There needs to be a story. Why is it my last meal? What!? WHO CAN THINK ABOUT FOOD AT A TIME LIKE THIS!?
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I'm changing this question to "Six things you'll most likely find on my person nearly every day."
- Pen
- Keys
- Hard drive/gig stick
- Phone
- Moleskine
- Camera
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Wondering how to make the most of whatever I'm doing, and keeping a positive perspective. But, at the same time, where's my escape route, and when will I be able to build a fortress.

...and that these match %'s don't mean anything at all.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Staying away from overly crowded places. I'll attend your standard Friday night festivities where ever they may be, but there's a point and time where I'm just over it. Shoulder to shoulder yelling ear to ear; I can do without.

A proper meal, Netflix, and to bed so as to rise early for a Saturday adventure is far more appealing.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
On the internet, not much. In person, is an entirely different story.
