I consider myself to be an easy going individual. I am into lots of different things and like to listen to music, watching movies, tv, and going to the gym and trying to maintain a clean healthy diet. I love to cook; when Im home from the road I cook just about every night. My family is awesome and love them to death and know they would do anything for me and I for them. I work for bands as a drum tech or sound and love it. Ive been all over the world working and wouldn't trade it for anything.the people Ive met and worked with are like my family and its truly unlike any other profession.

I work as a drum tech currently but also do sound for bands on tours. When I'm home from the road I'll pick up some work sometimes at venues around long island.
When I am home from the road I started to treat diet and exercise like my job. Ive been very successful at it so far and look forward to my new healthy lifestyle.

Books: currently reading a book for the first time in possibly forever. Its called "Integrative nutrition"
