My name is Scott and I’m an American from Nashville, Tennessee living in Mexico City.

I studied public relations, business and political science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. During college, I spent a semester in Buenos Aires, Argentina and interned two summers in Washington D.C. After graduating, I worked in international development in DC.

I was awarded a Fulbright Binational Business Fellowship and in August 2011 and moved to Mexico City. After the program finished, I decided to stay in Mexico City.

I work at an organization named Ashoka that supports social entrepreneurs. I'm currently building a ecosystem map website that connects social entrepreneurs to investment funds, capacity developers and other resources.

I play the piano, guitar, I'm learning drums and I sing.

I like snowboarding, mountain biking, basketball, frisbee and rock climbing.
