My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hey, I'm Scott. I graduated from SPSU last May with a degree in information technology and despite what this profile will project, I actually do have a good sense of humor. I love to laugh and make others laugh and try very hard to be clever. Most of the time I fail miserably.

I'm an only child and the son of a single father, so family means a lot to me. I'd like to think I'm a positive person, but I think most of my friends would disagree. I'm a bit pessimistic about my life at the moment but hopefully I can turn that around soon.

I'm a stone-cold liberal and I'm proud of that. Politics and current events fascinate me and watching the news (particularly MSNBC) is a favorite pasttime of mine. It doesn't matter to me if you don't agree with my views, I can respect others' opinions; but I'm pretty set in my ways and don't expect to change.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a web developer in Atlanta. Yes, it's as glamorous as it sounds.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Procrastinating, eating, being obnoxious.
Also coding, web design, making ridiculous things in SketchUp and spending too much time on social networks.

I'm also pretty good at listening. So if you have something you need to get off your chest, just go ahead right now. I won't interrupt, I promise.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My height I suppose, I'm fairly short. Also, I've been told my voice carries, so if you ever hear cackling in the distance, it's probably me.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Not much of a reader, but I love autobiographies and nonfiction.

As far as movies go, I'm down for just about anything, but I especially love disaster movies or sci-fi. The Day After Tomorrow is my all time favorite--not really sure what that says about me as a person.

On TV, I love anything by or starring Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, or Aaron Sorkin: SNL, 30 Rock, Parks and Rec, The West Wing, The Newsroom. I still love ER and have the entire Friends Box set (it was a gift) and I love it.

As far as music, I like a little bit of everything. Not big on country or rap, but everything else is pretty much fair game. Anything from Maroon 5 to Florence (and her accompanying machine). My Pandora stations are all over the place. Keeps life interesting.

Oh and I love to eat. Constantly, without restraint. Italian is my absolute favorite and could eat it forever. I'm also a huge Chinese enthusiast. But really, I'll eat just about anything.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
The Internet, my few close friends, money (at least a little bit), hot water, junk food, cable news.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What the rest of my life is gonna be like. What kind of job I'll end up with; if I'll be happy. Normal 20 something stuff, I'd say.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging out with friends or just shootin' the breeze. Whatever that means.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I talk to myself all the time--it's a little frightening.

You think we could have a good conversation... or you happen to know who--in fact--let the dogs out.

Also if that lame ass thing I just said didn't offend you--then we should talk.
