I'm down a lot of weight and pants sizes since the beginning of the year. I LOVE THE WAY I FEEL. I'm running, I'm biking (well, right now, given the heat, most of those are on stationary devices - I have a fitness center with killer treadmills, and a stationary bike in my house to complement the bike I have for the streets). I just have to be careful; I keep wanting to work out too much! I also try to do yoga when I get a chance.
So now I'm working out 5 days a week off a plan a personal trainer wrote for me.
