My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a physicist, the most bad-ass of all scientists (sorry biology, you know it's true... just joshin', biology is rad too!) I'm like a white Neil deGrasse Tyson. If you don't know who that is, we might not be able to be friends. :D
I'm currently an adjunct professor at Grossmont & Mesa Colleges.

I'm a pretty laid back kinda guy (originally from San I like sunshine and sandals). I'm interested in absolutely everything: from science to art history, poetry, sculpture, music, technology, video games, theater & everything in between. =) There just isn't enough time in the day!

If you're not an intellectually curious person or can't hold a decent conversation, I'm probably not the guy for you. You don't have to be a genius, but at least appreciate me for who I am. Also, no conservatives or religious zealots, please.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a socially high-functioning nerd. ;) Despite the fact I love science, people tell me I seem like a normal person. =P

I worked on a project called CMS (Compact Muon Solenoid), one of the experiments built at CERN (Centre Europeean de Recherche Nucleaire), on the border of France and Switzerland. We discovered the Higgs particle! Woohoo! Nobel prize!!! This isn't what I want to do forever, but enjoying it while I can. I've been told I'd make a good teacher, and I do love teaching labs.
I'm hoping to keep doing science at a national lab or NASA or something. =P
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Finding a television quote to fit any social situation
Making people laugh
Being a good listener
Teaching someone a new concept
Sleeping in
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I can be a little shy at first, but I warm up real fast if I can understand your sense of humor
