MSN did an article today about how people are overmedicated.



Doctors in the US are proscribing more and harder drugs for less valid reasons to people who aren't sick. We're coming up with tons of new diseases and rationality to justify the fact that a bunch of overweight, overworked people living in a world with no sense of accomplishment or recognition can't tolerate a life of mild to moderate discomfort. Just because you go crying to a doctor once every 3 months and take a daily dose of heroin in pill form doesn't make you any less of a heroin addict.



At least heroin addicts are aware that they're addicts. You can call it whatever you like, but the bottom line is that it's government subsidized, insurance assisted heroin addiction



...and don't even get me started on caffiene....

they have like... little pockets for the butter to melt in. toast sucks!
