My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm typically a shy and quiet person. I have endeavored to overcome this but I think that perhaps it's just who I am. In large groups I'm the person who sits back and listens while everyone else does the talking. Small groups or one-on-one situations are when I'm most comfortable - and usually what I enjoy more. I'm definitely not a babbler. It usually takes me a little while to become comfortable around new people. However, a few drinks and I tend to become more chatty and friendly.

After discovering a like of exercise it's now a part of my regular routine, including a boot camp session once a week, and as strange as it might be to some I actually quite enjoy running. I try to be pretty sensible with my diet but still allow myself a few indulgences here and there - I'm too big a fan of chocolate to give it up.

I'm nice, or at least I think so - after all it's what I think that matters and not what others say. I've had it pointed out to me that sometimes my shyness and quiet demeanor comes across as rudeness as or snobbery.

I used to be somewhat of a gamer but that was a number of years ago now, however, I do feel like I've got a bit of a geeky side and would even say that I was a geek before it was cool to be a geek.

I'm hoping to meet new people to have coffee with, try out new cafes/restaurants, go to movies/gigs etc

I am quiet, elusive, and pensive
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I after many years I finally secured myself a position at a fabulous property company and I no longer wake up dreading that I have to go to work. I'm happy working in the industry and at the company I'm at but I know I don't what to be in this type of role for the rest of my life. I often question what I want to do with my career and as I get older I'm starting to feel the pressure to make a decision and form a plan.

I consider myself to be a motivated person who has a strong desire to succeed and like surrounding myself with like-minded people.

Many years ago I completed a Bachelor of Business, after which I discovered it's not that easy to get a job with just a slip of paper.

Some day I'd love to travel around the world but I'm dealing with the realisation that it's going to be awhile before that happens, although on the up side - it's probably more likely than being able to buy a house.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Over thinking, listening, being creative, making lists, organising, knowing Brisbane suburbs.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My shyness, my height, my glasses.

I've been told that when people first meet they think I'm rude/snobbish/bitchy but it's not intentional ... most of the time anyway.
