My self-summary
Voted by my fifth grade class most likely to become a mad scientist. They seem to have been a good collective judge of character.

I've got a lot of interests, although right at the moment damn near everything is subsumed into intern year.
What I’m doing with my life
Picking up the healing tools as I go. Solving puzzles, patching up the wounded and the flayed and calming the often intractable pain this heartless world grinds into our resilient little frames.

Meantime, I think it's immensely worthwhile to make connections with persons of quality during our mayfly lives; I've been lucky enough in my time to know a good many, and I'm always seeking the next who might teach me another something about what it means to be human.
I’m really good at
Never quite the range I want; I'm blessedly cursed with wanting to learn and do everything, and that's left me appointed with both scars and skills.

A list I've been tweaking runs along the lines of creatively abusing my body with bars and bells in the name of self-improvement, climbing on things -- really, whatever's around and looks like it might bear weight -- absorbing, synthesizing, and regurgitating zebra-choking quantities of information, reading prose and occasionally poetry aloud (I get a few remarks on the timbre of my voice), cooking all manner of delectables, mixing an array of drinks both virgin and entheogenic, rhapsodizing over pharmaceuticals (*love* azithromycin), granulating soft tissues, manipulating lines of myofascial tension and establishing and maintaining positive neurochemical feedback loops, and putting a big old silly grin on your face.
The first things people usually notice about me
Height; build; beard (this fluctuates quite a bit, but none of the others do); smile; voice; vocabulary.
Both the order and the perceptions might be a bit askew there,
but you get the idea.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
are just a wonderful topic of discussion when meeting someone new.

Do try to not to drool too much on that lovely dress.
The six things I could never do without
Human contact, in every sense, along every axis.
Information feeds.
Sunshine, water, and mountains, of course.
(NYC is amazing, but it's a bit flat and overbuilt.
Let's get out of town.)

On a typical Friday night I am
In flux.
Or maybe in flax. Or flecks. Maybe even flex, but often flix.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 21–33
  • Near me
  • For new friends
You should message me if
You hacked your way through any of that.
You feel any degree of kinship.
You want to compare notes on this odd, amazing life.
You seek out and revel in aesthetic chills, and you'd like to share whatever gives them to you.
You want to show me a way to have good time in your city this day, or this weekend, or whenever we both carve out some time, because I kind of desperately need to take a break and go see it.

It would make you happy.

Oh, and if you're 5'10", I like you already.
If you're 5'0", that's cool too.
