My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello!

I love creating something that didn't exist before, be it music, food, art, or anything. I also love seeking out new adventures in daily life as well as discovering new countries, cultures, and people.

I like to stay pretty active, and you can either find me paling around with friends, or working on a creative project. I love food in all shapes and sizes and varieties. I enjoy going out to nice restaurants and talking with strangers... or maybe even sharing food with them. I enjoy playing improvisational music that works like conversation, or texture, or both. I really love to travel, especially if spontaneously (I recently returned from about a one year travel adventure). I am happy to jump in a car to go for a hike at one of the many wonderful places the bay area has to offer, or jump in a plane to a far away country. I really just love exploring life - taking chances - gaining experience and good stories.

I think this quote is pretty inspiring, in that it encourages the idea of taking chances to learn something: "One of the advantages of being disorderly is that one is constantly making exciting discoveries". A. A. Milne
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm living the dream! I've been enjoying my life full of travel, great people around me, work I enjoy (starting an art+tech non profit as well as doing software development). What's not to like?

I love San Francisco, and have lived there for the last 10 years. But I've been working down in Palo Alto so I've been living down south for about a year now. It is true, I left my heart in San Francisco, and I'm there often.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
* Chasing my childlike curiosity
* Fixing things
* Laughing so hard that I fall over
* geeking out on music ( playing and/or listening)
* geeking out on food
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm a walking bubbling smiling extrovert and i'm quite possibly the most easily amused person on the planet.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I love music of all kinds and love hearing something new. I like just about any style of music be it jazz, bluegrass, texas swing, high speed fusion polka, whatever. I really love a good conversation in musical improvisation, or music with lots of texture. Some current favorites: bonobo, quantic (and all his crazy offshoots) and some classics: bjork, stevie wonder, herbie hancock or anything involving 70's chase scene soundtracks.

I love all kinds of food - everything from grand gourmet to a cheap taqueria. I love places that aren't pretentious and where people are more interested in just doing something well. I mainly love food with good ingredients put together by somebody who cares. That makes good food in my book!

I love a good movie - anything coen brothers (especially big lebowski), Amelie, Being John Malkovich, American Beauty, Amores Perros, Spinal Tap, Harold and Maude, Don Hertzfeldt's Rejected
