Defining yourself in a number of words is like trying to find the
lyrics to the song stuck in your head—once you know the words, you
can no longer make them up as you go along. But maybe…we
And, I'm originally from Brooklyn.
What I’m doing with my life
Bouncing in between the job I have and the job I want. The rest of
the time I'm trying to get vitamin D and surround myself with
positive, empowered people.
I’m really good at
Mocking myself when I feel like it, I’m good at laughing. Cultural
exploration, learning languages and spelling out my name in neon
lights and glow-sticks…because it’s fun.
The first things people usually notice about me
"Invisibility, intangibility, teflon eyes" --a great book
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
A fan of: peanut butter; Middlesex (the novel, not the city);
gangster movies; Rome & red wine--together; anything Brooklyn;
wasabi; Law&OrderSVU (and crime in general); graffitti;
avocadoes; screwed-up memoirs; black coffee; True Romance; lots of
reggae; Costa Rica and things that glow, shine and sparkle.
The six things I could never do without
3. My passport
4. My sneakers
6. Oceans and water of any kind
I spend a lot of time thinking about
everything--constantly lost in thought, my mind forever rotates on
an axes of an all-to-great expectation. I used to always stare at
people on the subway when I lived in NYC...
On a typical Friday night I am
open to try anything...it's the people you surround yourself with
that matter most.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
We are all beautifully corrupted in some way. Life has no privacy,
when you really think about it.
