I've lived in San Francisco for 12 years now. I've grown and changed a lot over those 12 years. The Bay Area has been an incredible place to continue my journey.

I was blessed to be able to leave high tech and start a new career in executive coaching. I began a year long coaching course back in the winter of 2004, and little did I know the transformation that would occur for me over the next 9 years. I can share more as we get to know each other.

I like getting outdoors and enjoy sailing, soccer, hiking, biking and many outdoor activities. I have recently learned to fly fish, and play golf and tennis occasionally. I currently play soccer a few times a month on a soccer team or an organized pick up game.

I enjoy going to the theatre, symphony, live music, museum and the occasional ballet or opera. I've been mostly going to the theatre, symphony and live music. I enjoy spending time with friends, including conversations about the daily activities of our lives and sometimes exploring the deeper conversations about life.

Taking it one day at a time. I really appreciate the wonder and sacredness of life - in nature and the people and experiences in my life. There's deeper connections in the interactions and relationships in my life.

I engage in practices to bring presence and awareness to my life, which brings a richness to my experiences. It's an ongoing process and I'm dedicated to engaging in these practices as an important part of my life.

I really enjoy meeting new people. I have a wonderful group of friends to share conversations about the things that matter in life, as well as explore the wonderful experiences in the bay area.

I'm an executive and personal coach which has led me to yoga, meditation, qigong, and other new interests. Life has become a much more mysterious and curious place. I've gained more compassion for myself and others. It’s been both extremely rewarding and very humbling. I’ve enjoyed learning about myself along the way.
