My self-summary
I am a very outgoing person who likes to have fun and be around kind, funny, intelligent people. I've been a teacher for 16 years and I think (hope that) that my students would describe me as caring, compassionate, funny, tough at times and hardworking. I am a very open and flexible person.. I used to work at a private school, now am working at a public, urban school and loving it... I love to travel and learn foreign languages, I lived in France for many years and for a period of time was traveling back and forth quite frequently between the States and Europe. I am currently learning Spanish...

I love art and going to museums ... reading poetry and watching the French news or BBC, listening to NPR, and jazz... I don't watch much t.v., especially when the weather is nice, but in the winter, I like to cozy up on the couch with a blanket watching old movies, think TCM, or shows like Project Runway and No Reservations.. Love Anthony Bourdain- too bad he's not on this site, lol.

I was learning how to belly dance...but haven't been to a lesson in a while..
The first things people usually notice about me
my smile and positive attitude, big brown eyes/long eyelashes..:)

The six things I could never do without

On a typical Friday night I am
having dinner with close friends or relaxing at home after long work week...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
need to get to know me first.. not willing to admit anything private on a public site
