It's amazing what a person can accomplish in such a short time. I've had all kinds of life changing experiences through work and personal relationships. I've heard all kinds of peoples stories, and can't wait to see what's next...

I am outgoing, I believe in appreciating everything beautiful in the world, and seeing and experiencing as much of life as is possible.

For those of you who are into such things, I'm an INFJ. I believe that being straightforward and true to yourself is the best way to be. I follow my heart much more than I do my sense of logic. I believe in soulmates.

I'm an idealist, and generally wish everything were a bit more beautiful than it is. I believe in taking time out to appreciate the small things.

I love to find the humor in any situation. I tend to be very relaxed and open when meeting new people, I love hanging out in a small restaurant or coffee shop and having great conversation. I value my friendships. I'm good at holding intellectual and completely random conversations. I love sitting outside with someone under a tree with a cool breeze and sharing personal insight. After work I like to find something amazing to cook and watch some old movie. I'm into organic food, and picking farm grown produce. I sleep better when it rains.

I don't have a difficult time meeting new people. In fact, I make an attempt to meet everyone in this world that I can. However, people who are genuinely on the same wavelength as myself are rare finds, as are people who challenge me in a positive way. Those are the people I value the most in my life.:) I like to meet people of all sorts, but especially those who are unique, individualistic,creative,intelligent,and not afraid to play by their own rules. I gravitate towards people who are somewhat "different", and confident enough to just be themselves. I always love meeting romantics, intellectuals, philosophers, writers, artists, idealists, or simply those with interesting stories to tell.

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

I have a masters degree in lighting and scenic design. I'm the master electrician/lighting designer at the center for puppetry arts...I make puppets look awesome. It's an unusual and fantastic job, I'm well connected to the theater world here in atlanta. when not at work I spend weekends hiking, playing my guitar, hanging out with people, discovering cool places in atlanta. I also really like photography.

I have rather long eyelashes for a guy, which seem to make my women friends and random hair dressers jealous..... I'm not entirely sure it's the first thing people notice.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food Propose an edit

Books:Life of Pi. Infinite jest. The true story of Captain Kidd, the hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy, the phantom tollbooth, his dark materials, the lost thing, plays, books on art and design. Moomin Troll stories. E E Cummings. Cook books. Regular novels....

Movies: I have a huge passion for thought provoking film...I do spend the month of october watching horror movies (classic and new), and december watching christmas movies....

A few favs: The shawshank redemption, back to the future, o' brother where art thou?, the boondock saints, The God Father, the dark knight, lord of the rings, star wars, All James bond, Dazed and confused, office space, the big lebowski, the princess bride, Psycho, 3:10 to Yuma, butch cassidy and the sundance kid, Blow, garden state, juno, little miss sunshine, 80's movies....etc.

Some Directors: The coen brothers, stanely kubrick, Alfred hitchcock, tim burton, jim henson, christopher nolan, Jean-Pierre Jeunet, robert rodrigez....etc.

Music: Anything that stirs the soul.... Current favs: Tool, Ellis paul, Dave carter and Tracey grammer, frank sinatra, dream theater, alabama 3, neko case, radiohead, The rolling Stones, kings of leon, the allman brothers, hendrix, zeppelin, pink floyd, Phish, black sabbath, megadeth, John coltrain, jimmy eat world, the shins, dr. dre, outkast, Rodrigo y Gabriella, Daft punk, 80's music....ETC.

tv ( I don't own a television, these are on dvd): lost, arrested development, buffy the vampire slayer, the simpsons, seinfeld, the sapranos, carnival, deadwood, the muppet show, fraggle rock...

Food: my own cooking, sushi, mexican, middle eastern, italian... Ice cream, cookies, and hot chocolate.

On a typical Friday night I am Propose an edit

There's nothing typical about me or what I do. I spend weekends hiking in northern georgia, or going on cool and random road trips. I've gone out to rooftop dinners with friends, out to movies, blues bars, concerts. there are six other nights in a week.

I get along with all kinds of fun people. I'm looking for friendship or dating. I do tend to get along with people who are into the arts in some way, you like outdoor stuff, you can be a kid and an adult, if you enjoy what you do and want to share it, with good laughs and conversation. I'm not a typical bar and club kind of guy. I rather go for a walk, hang around town, check out a fun shop or museum, sit in a coffee shop, watch a movie while drinking hot chocolate, go for a ride for no good reason....
