I'm a dichotomy: a shy extrovert. I place high importance on compassion, truth, awareness and growth. I can never say anything in 25 words or less. I'm Irish Sicilian, 5' 11 3/4" and a force to be reckoned with. My definition of love: being willing to tell someone something they don't want to hear with enough compassion that they can.

On the lighter side, I'm a bookworm, a gamer girl, a scifi nut, a full time graphic artist and a freelance comic book letterer. I love to ride my bike, hike in the woods, cram my ipod with more music, swim for hours. The THX Deep Note makes me shiver in delight.

Working as a graphic designer. Freelancing as a comic book letterer. Writing and illustrating my own graphic novel. I realized last year that I've spent the last 10 years working for the man and not creating my own art. It'd been years since I just drew, so it's a big mountain to traverse, but this is important to me. So now the challenge is keeping the fire under my ass lit and making this happen.

Finding the positive interpretation of negative experiences. Graphics programs. Amateur counseling my friends (but only at their request!). Editing every email I send to death before pressing send. Daydreaming.

My height. My facial expressiveness. Someone once told me watching my face while I talked was like watching a whole movie. God, I hope that was a compliment...
