I'm going to Europe for the first time in a couple of months (!!) so if you have any suggestions for London or Paris, feel free to share your wisdom!
East coast transplant and former army brat. I moved out to California after graduation and after a rather large culture shock, am settling in quite nicely. I'm a Boston girl at heart, though, and still miss thunderstorms, snow, and Fenway Park.
I'm really laid back and have a warm, sarcastic sense of humor. I like to laugh. I also skip from topic to topic so it's important that people can keep up, or at least smile and nod while I wave my hands about and spout facts and debate politics or who the best X-Man is. A lot of people usually get very angry when I tell them it isn't Wolverine.
I love classic Saturday morning cartoons, Marvel superheros and Disney. I sketch a lot--I taught myself how to draw anime when I was going through a really big phase in high school and I've been doing it ever since. I also sing a lot when I'm bored or stressed. These traits and my sophisticated comic book knowledge means that kids think I'm one of them and treat me with respect and awe.
I'm spontaneous and am still exploring LA but I do love to walk, hike and roller blade. I adore amusement parks and have a huge soft spot for Disney. Have I said that enough?
I'm just really passionate about a lot of things: music, history, fracking, politics (!!), off shore drilling, human rights, Batman vs. Superman. I try not to be boring. I like learning new things as well, like new languages and hula dancing.
I still believe in fairy tales and happy endings, though I've never been too big of a damsel in distress.
