My self-summary
Hi guys!! You want to talk music? I'm your girl- rock & roll girl through and through.

Here's a little bit about me, even though it feels weird talking about myself (I'd rather hear about you)

I've lived in Atlanta since the end of 1997, (with a 5 year break in Boston). I have been back in Atlanta since October of 2011. Where all have you lived? Me?
Rochester NY, Tupelo MS, South Bend IN,
Chicago IL, Boston,
Atlanta
That's a lot, I know! Atlanta is home though.

I'm a person who sees the glass half-full, I'm very young at heart, and I find joy in helping others. Keeping a positive attitude is essential to my daily living.

I am the youngest of 4 siblings, and am very close to my family. My parents have been married 52 years- I hope to find someone to have that kind of long lasting relationship with.

My true passion is music, I'm a rock & roll girl through and through. I can play drums, guitar and sing- not necessarily fantastic at all, but I try. It's a lot of fun. I need to do it more than I have been lately. I love to travel to see my favorite bands- you get to see great music and get to be adventurous at the same time. Just returned from seeing Phish in Mexico, and in 2015 saw probably 50 different concerts (Grateful Dead 50 with Trey!, Rush, The Rolling Stones, several Phish shows, the list goes on...)

Wine is another passion. I plan to take many wine classes this year- someday would love to become a sommelier!

Running- love it - did my first 1/2 marathon in November 2013 in Ft Benning, but it can be a love/hate relationship at times. I'm not a "natural" runner and have to work very hard at it. But - very rewarding!

Now- I want to hear about you. I'm looking for a good man who loves to laugh, has a good head on his shoulders & has good values. But, at the same time- knows how to have a good time.
What I’m doing with my life
I work For a Benefits Software company that specializes in Software as a Service (SaaS)- I am a Client Manager and sometimes a liaison between my clients and IT- so I do have a technical side. Prior to that I worked in Benefits Consulting and also did some public speaking.

Still actively working on what I'm passionate about- music, wine, and travel. Working on resurrecting my blog- as I love to write.

Note: I have a good job and good head on my shoulders. I'm looking for a guy who is the same way. I prefer to date guys relatively within my age group (no 20-somethings) and within my own race. It's just what I prefer and am most attracted to. Thanks for respecting that!

I spend a lot of time thinking about
What live shows are coming up, music, music, music, getting my music blog up and running on its own domain- and how I'm going to sell my homemade salsa out of my house.
On a typical Friday night I am
It depends. I'm either hanging out at home relaxing (especially if my work week was nuts), out with friends for dinner & drinks- or, at a rock show!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Not really private, but it's something my work friends don't know about me-ha! I was at the final Grateful Dead show, which was really sad. Jerry died exactly a month later- he is so missed! "Let there be songs- to fill the air..."

The rest is private for a reason! Takes time to peel the layers- get to know me and you'll learn the private stuff.
You should message me if
Message me if you are looking for your other half and want a relationship.

I'm looking for a man who loves music as much as me, who loves to travel- and was raised with good values!! Make me laugh :)

You should NOT message me if:

- You are married (there are many on here!)

- You are not over your ex-girlfriend or ex-wife. I'm only saying that because I see it a lot (I'm not saying it's you.) I prefer not to be a band-aid to help solve other people's baggage or problems :) I am very serious about finding the right partner!

- If you're in your 20's looking for a cougar

Guys, fill your profile details out! :) I want to know about you!

I am seriously looking for my other half. If you are too, message me, let's see where this goes! Cheers!
