*sigh* I guess I really do have to fill this thing out, huh?

Oh well. Ok, so, self summary.
I received my BA from CSUN back in May of '09 and have moved on to Grad School through SJSU for my MLIS. I am really wishing that I had taken a longer break in between programs, because I am very very burnt out.
I am currently located in southern California, but wishing I was up in Seattle. Or just a different city than here, really. I would like to move up to Washington because it is a very beautiful state. And that may be happening sooner than later.
For those of you that are curious, this is what a Master of Library and Informational Sciences (MLIS) is: The Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) program is a globally-recognized program that educates students for careers and leadership roles in the library and information professions.
So, I'm not just limited to being a librarian, even though it would be nice, considering how laid back a library is :) I could even be a librarian for a corporation and maintain their information systems, etc. That could also be cool!
Well, might as well a few of my interests here, because, well...I CAN!
Muwahahaha! Mine is an evil laugh! (If you know what that's from you get a cookie <3)
So I have a love for Japanese culture, and anime, as well as Eastern Religions, such as Buddhism, Hinduism and Taoism. I really do find their philosophies fascinating! I have also taken up knitting recently, and find it to be very meditative and calming...I'm a fan of action movies, current favorite is V for Vendetta (V is my hero! I kid you not) I enjoy reading a lot, and wish I would take more time out of my day to read, I have soo many books I haven't read it's not even funny. And so many more that I'd want to read (that it's not even funny) I'm a bookworm at heart, and I've discovered through community college that I enjoy Humanities courses. (Hence why I received my BA in it)
Gosh what else....hrmmm...I'm trying to give you a better idea of who I am (especially because of the neat Quickmatch! feature) because I'm the kind of person who will not hide who I am. What you see is what you get. No holds barred :D
What is the point in presenting yourself as someone you're not? Wouldn't you rather be known as the person who isn't afraid to show themselves? My thoughts exactly :)

Working part time at a CPA office. Knitting, reading, crafting when I have a chance. I am also doing my Graduate school work through courses online through SJSU. Fascinating and informative, yet very, very time consuming.

Reading, and more recently Knitting which I am loving, and will be taking up crochet as well since I can make smaller, more detailed items that way
Affection...I'm really good at being affectionate :)
slacking off
being a nerd. Nerd defined is a person that loves to learn.
I LOVE learning. I LOVE being a college student. I like going to school and learning something new every day.
I'm also pretty good at baking. Give me a recipe book and I'm good to go!
I am also relatively good at the few things that I do cook.

My eyes
My hair is no longer unnaturally red, but is more like brown, icky brown, golden highlights and remnants of the red that's no more. That will be changing soon, however.
My laugh, because I'm always ALWAYS laughing. I kid you not. Some people can recognize me by my laugh alone! (Kinda scary actually)
The fact that I'm short. It's very rare to find anyone my age or older that's shorter than I am. Damn genes.
Probably that I don't sit still. Well, sometimes I can, other times, I can't.

How school is going to go, finding a good job that I enjoy to support me until I find my career, little things, big things, everything in between, something in a shade of grey, and the kid things.

But most of the time my head is empty...Like right now for example, the only thing going on in there is a song...can't quite figure out what song though.

Life and the direction that I'm going, and the fact that this is the time in my life where people are going off on their own and doing their own things... like moving, school, marriage, etc. My path seems to be going off in one direction, and I'm beginning to wonder if anyone else's will ever connect to mine, or if it will only briefly intersect and then break off again. Kinda depressing in a way, but it all depends on how you look at it really. Such is life, and it almost makes you wonder if your path drives you away from other peoples' paths, or if theirs does just that.
