I moved to San Francisco from Boston (no accent) in July and since then life has been a whirlwind of job-finding, apartment-hunting, furniture-buying, etc. While I'm pretty much settled in, I'm having a difficult time making this coast feel like home—even though I do appreciate its infinite awesomeness. The decision to move out this way had been slowly bubbling up inside me for a while, and I finally bit the bullet. I've been able to take a huge leap career-wise, finally live sans roommates, and get myself out of my comfort zone a bit. So, so far it's been all good.
Im looking for someone I can explore locally and afar with. Who isn't afraid to get silly with me, who banters like a champ, welcomes my occasional sass, and who will appreciate my brand of weirdness. Not creepy weird, fun weird—at least I think so. If you can get down with spontaneous dance parties and shameless puns, have a creative side, don't mind listening to motown or 80s/90s music, and are up for random adventures, we will probably get along. Also, full disclosure, I will reference unicorns, glitter, and my cat from time to time. Also, I will watch reality tv. Just sayin.
It may be cliche but I want to find a best friend—a best friend who I can't keep my hands off of, and who thinks that even my flaws are freaking adorable. Someone who isn't looking to settle, but is ready to think about settling down. You should be looking for the same.
