I care a lot about music, visual art, and politics. I'm a professional musician or trying to be one anyway. I play mandolin, bass, synthesizer/keyboard, guitar and saxophone at various levels. I find the status quo and societal norms very repressive and do what I can to subvert them. That said, I try not to take myself too seriously and work to keep an open mind. I like playing/listening to music, good books, pot, good wine/beer, biking, and going new places.
