My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
This is always the part where you lean back in the chair and drink some coffee and stare at the screen for what seems like an hour. Keep leaning forward and almost type then lean back again and look out of the window for a bit. Eventually I'll suddenly lean forward and type for a bit and then look at it, delete it, re type it and then shake my head and say something like "I'll change it later" and then never do.

What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have a slightly weird life (I don't live in a cellar dressed as a ostrich don't panic). I'm so very lucky to write for a living and I love it.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Filling in profiles on here! (not).
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My sixteen inch clown shoes. (This is one I will promise myself I will change and never do).
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I read a ridiculous amount, everything from trashy novels to highbrow stuff. Trashy has to be Robert Crais or (dare I say it?) Andy McNabb (I've said it.)
Highbrow can be Philip Roth or Salman Rushdie (Salman was rubbish by the way).
Movies? Again pretty wide ranging, I love British film, big fan of Meadows and Loach, recently watched Happy Go Lucky (Mike Leigh) and thought it was stunning. But again I do like a Hollywood blockbuster now and then!
Food? I just don't understand fish... that's all I would like to say on the matter.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Pen, paper, ideas, windows, imagination and dreams. (wow!)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The above answers.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I try not to have typical anything.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Is... I'm embarrassed to say... cough (looks around and then lowers voice) I use a dating site.

You like a quirky creative type who is pretty happy with his life, doesn't have any real hang ups (unless you count fish), is friendly, funny, not overly concerned with material things or pressure (been there and done that) who just fancies enjoying his life with someone else!
