I am The World Warrior, Champion Edition, and Super Turbo.

My Self-Summary

Originally from parts of Los Angeles and Ventura counties, I relocated to the Bay Area for school two years ago. I completed my History degree and decided to stick around San Francisco for awhile. Writing interests me most profession wise, but I'd also like to be a librarian at a boat house library or a Radio DJ in late 70's Los Angeles or early 60's Detroit.

Listening to music is my number one hobby and talking about music is my number two. I can make six strings sound like semi-concordant music, which is a skill I've plugged away on for the past decade. I'm always trying to find good music to enjoy and share with people.

The first things people usually notice about me

My concern for the plight of labor in the United States.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I'm always trying to read more. My favorite author is Charles Bukowski and I love David Sedaris. Lately I've been bringing either As I Lay Dying by Faulkner or The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle by Murakami with me on bus rides.

My favorite films are Sixteen Candles, Casablanca, High Fidelity, Buffalo '66, and Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension. There are very few films that I don't enjoy. Please don't think I'm undiscerning, just know I'm easy to please with films.

All music questions should be directed to my Last.FM profile or to me through message:

Red House Painters, Jesu, John Vanderslice, They Might Be Giants, Mountain Goats, Richard Hawley, Radiohead, Andrew Bird, Strapping Young Lad, Jesus and the Mary Chain, Lightning Bolt, Pavement, The Presets, Starflyer 59, and the list goes on.

On a typical Friday night I am

Making a mixtape or out drinking somewhere.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I am terrified of dying underwater.

You should message me if

You want to keep me from dying underwater.
