Well, this is not something I write about everyday..... so bear with me. Don't you find it hard to write about yourself? It really makes you look at yourself and what makes you tick. First of all, my name is Russ, and I was lucky enough to be born and raised on this beautiful islanld. A little over four years ago I was finally able to start my dream job of being a firefighter. It was definitely the hardest thing I've ever done in my life, but it was soooo worth it, I love being able to help people in their worst times and give back to the community. I am very happy with my life right now and really am missing only one thing, someone to share it with. I have had my heart broken by someone that did not know what they wanted and was not ready for a real commitment. Definitely not looking for that again, lol. I do believe though, that everything happens for a reason, whether I agree with it or not. So here I am seeing what will happen on this site.

I love to be outdoors doing stuff like hiking, tennis, running, working out, and enjoying everything our island has to offer. That is not to say that I do not enjoy indoor activities any less, as I like watching movies, a good sitcom, or just spending quality time with my significant other. I have a diverse interest base and am up to try just about anything at least once. I like to travel, but don't really enjoy the flying part(transporters would be cool). Still have lots of places that I want to visit like Japan and other parts of Asia, New Zealand, South America, and go back to Europe with someone whos also wants to travel.

Just living everyday as best as I can. Have a great career and try to do the best I can at it everyday I am there. How many people can say that they love to go to work? Well, I do!

Keeping fit and active, managing my finances, working with my hands, learning new things and improving myself as a person.

Well, I would like to say my smile and easy-going attitude.

Music - Linkin Park, 3 Doors Down, Hinder, Hawaiian, almost everything. I have wide and varied taste.

Movies - This year's Star Trek, Knight's Tale, Men at Work, Transporter

Food - I like a nice meal, I am so over All-you-can-eat buffet's. Other than that, I like all kinds of food and will try almost anything once

Books - I really do need to read more unless newspapers and magazines count. No..... didn't think so.

What the future possibly holds for me and what I need to do to get where I want to be. How lucky I am to have a great family, circle of friends, and a great career that I love. And of course if I will ever find the one person to share my life with and raise a family together.

Chilling at home watching tv or a movie, surfing online, hanging out with friends, or sometimes working.

I've had my current hairstyle once before(it was popular), but that's a story you can learn about when you get to know me better.
