My self-summary
Hmm! Lets see I'm not great at making my self sound interesting but here it goes anyway. I'm 29 and I moved to Seattle for work back in 2005 from Tucson Arizona where I grew up(sort of)=). I've spent most of that time working two jobs but now that I'm finally only working one (Class B Longshoremen) I figure I should try to meet someone because I'm sick of being single. Well that and my brother met his wife on here so I figured what could it hurt right? I tend to be a bit shy at first but once you get to know me a bit the shyness goes away. Right now I choose not to own a car( well Ok I finally bought one again but I still prefer cycling);this is partly because I don't want to to support this war for oil that Bush started and Obama seems to be continuing; but mostly I don't care to own a car right now because what I have found over the past few years is that I am able to get around town much easier and quicker on a bicycle then I ever will be able to via a car or bus. To me riding is my form of meditation! P.S. Extra credit in my books if you know what a Longshore person is!
What I’m doing with my life
Right Now I'm working as a longshoremen on the port of Seattle and
I intend to keep this as my career until I retire. I also am
starting to think about the idea of doing some long distance bike
tours both here in the US as well as all around Europe. At some
point I would like to go to school in order to learn more about
audio and video recording so that I can start my own recording
studio; but I'm not quite ready for that yet. Next year I intend to
do a bicycle tour of southern Europe and then do the northern part
the following year.
OH!! And as of 01/05/2011 I am now a Class B Registered
Longshoremen! It's been eight long years waiting to get to this
level but well worth the wait.
I’m really good at
Biking, Playing the Djembe, also working on learning to play a full drum set as well as the bass, Listening, giving/taking Advice, Oh and of course My job. Oh and I am good at driving a manual transmission car! Also I'm good at being one of those friends who you can count on to be there for support when you need them. I wouldn't say that I'm good at it but I love hanging out and shooting pool. Oh also I'm really good at typing full words when sending text messages instead of using stuff like BRB, WTF, or FWB. Another thing that I have become really good at over the past few years is been able to sit at a complete stand still on just about any bicycle you put under me with out putting my feet on the ground. I am even able to do this on a downhill quite often(see also things people notice about me). Lately people have been telling me that I am really good at beading jewelry!
The first things people usually notice about me
Hmm well if the whether is nice then people notice my tattoo first(I have a big Asian style dragon on my left arm), but overall when I'm out riding my bike then I think the first thing every body notices is how good my balance is. I can sit at a dead stand still on just about any type of bike out there without having to take my feet off the pedals. Lately some of my coworkers have told me that I always seem to look like I'm pissed off at something even when I'm Not! Sorry if I look this way but that is how my face naturally looks! I have never naturally had a smile.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I'm not very picky at all I will try, listen to, read or watch anything at least once, but I mostly like non mainstream hip-hop(Dead Prez, the Coup, and Paris), and as for foods that I like; the spicier the better. My two favorite types I have to say are Italian and Mexican.
The six things I could never do without
A good bike or three(Landshark road bike, Fuji track/fixie, Cannondale mountain bike) to ride, my laptop, a good beer, my pocket knife, my dog, I could live without this but I would really miss my cellphone, and close friends; Oh and I'm addicted to huffing sailboat fuel. Oh and one last thing! One should never be without their towel!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Why I can't seem to be able to meet women? I always get nervous around them and can't think of how to start up conversations. I also Wish a lot about meeting a woman who can out ride me on a bicycle &/Or kick my butt in a game of Pool! Lately I've been trying to decide if I should keep my full beard or shave it back down to a gotee? I would love some outside opinion on this!
On a typical Friday night I am
Working or out enjoying some stand up comedy or checking out a live band. Oh and I I'm always up for finding new bars that have a great selection of good local micro brew on tap( the more the better)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Hmmmm! I think this question needs to be changed to; What's the most private thing I'm willing to admit online! For me It's that my all time favorite musical artist would have to be Weird Al Yankovic!
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 20–35

You should message me if
you want to get to know me better or if you want to go on a bike ride some time. Or if you feel like it. Also on a random note I would like to maybe meet someone who would want to join me on a bicycle tour of southern Europe sometime this fall or next spring!
