My self-summary
I like learning, creating, and gaining insight. I’m happiest when I’m joking around with a small group of friends. I believe in being silly, and trying to view things from more than one angle.
What I’m doing with my life
I work at a science museum, performing live demonstrations, delivering public presentations, and leading labs. My passion starts after work when I get to write, act, and produce my science/comedy podcast and collaborate with friends on their theatrical projects.

My current personal goals include growing my podcast, living healthier, and learning more about philosophy.
I’m really good at
Making people laugh. Observing. Doing impressions and character voices. Putting things in perspective. Public speaking. Improv comedy. Undersea espionage.
The first things people usually notice about me
My friends tell me it's my blue eyes.
My enemies tell me it's my stabability.*

*This is neither true, nor is 'stabability' a word.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell, House of Leaves, Zen Speaks: Shouts of Nothingness, The Four Agreements, and anything by William Gibson or Neil Gaiman.

Music: Mostly Pandora these days. Stations include: The Heavy, Muse, Tom Waits, Danny Elfman/Oingo Boingo, Dresden Dolls, Industrial, Pink Floyd, MC Frontalot, Kurt Weil, Gogol Bordello - I love eclectic non-conformists.

On the TeeVees: I don’t watch TV very often, but when I’m totally zonked I’ll Netflix Breaking Bad, Archer, Futurama, Parks & Recreation, The Mighty Boosh, TED Talks, or documentaries on animals or the universe.

Regarding Motion Pictures: I used to be all about zombie movies - I wrote my Master's thesis on them. Nowadays I gravitate toward sci-fi blockbusters. I’m always up for Tim Burton or Terry Gilliam's films. Any movie with Simon Pegg or Michael Caine is probably something I'd enjoy as well. Superhero movie? I'm listenin'...

Digesting currently: I love Indian food! It is amazing. Also I am a pizza fiend, but not eating very much of it these days. I’m a Thai enthusiast and regularly keep in touch with Mexican food. I will be yours forever if you send me a pumpkin pie.

On a typical Friday night I am
When I'm not in a show, I like to do dinner/drinks/movies/games with my close friends. If I'm feeling drained, I recharge by chilling out and writing or reading at home.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
One time I boarded a yacht and absconded with every valuable that wasn't bolted down.

Wait... Sorry, I read that last one as 'pirate thing'.
