I am intelligent, geeky, and dramatic.

My Self-Summary

Muahaha stealing from Facebook to update :P

*sigh* I hate these things. The thought of being able to sum myself up in a box frankly disturbs & depresses me. I always wanted to be an enigma - but had to settle with antagonistic. I enjoy arguing for various deep seated emotional issues I enjoy dwelling in. I also pick boys who are wrong for me, and I used to drink way to much.

Atm I am pondering the universe and making little progress. Clarity is way harder to achieve sober. I lend towards being dramatic and have serious doubts about my uberness.

I have an adorable son, an adorable cat, and my PC. Between those three I'm pretty much set with life atm.

Lifting something from my facebook profile - I'm adding a section on some quotes I love. I like quotes. Deal with it.

"What we call the beginning is often the end. And to make an end is to make a beginning. The end is where we start from." T.S.Eliot

“Beauty awakens the soul to act.” Dante Alighieri

“The hottest places in hell are reserved for those who in times of great moral crises maintain their neutrality” Dante again

What is man's ultimate direction in life? It is to look for love, truth, virtue, and beauty” Shinichi Suzuki

"Empty-handed I entered the world
Barefoot I leave it.
My coming, my going --
Two simple happenings
That got entangled.” Kozan Ichikyo

“Each of us has an inner dream that we can unfold if we will just have the courage to admit what it is. And the faith to trust our own admission. The admitting is often very difficult.” Julia Cameron

“Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.” Calvin & Hobbes

What I’m doing with my life

Lets see - I raise my 4 year old son. I study software engineering, I work feverishly for the man, I freelance myself out for anything IT related and I sleep when I finally get time :p

I’m really good at

The first things people usually notice about me

My breasts - then my smile.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Righteo lets do this thing properly... A)*checks bookcase* I have and love: The Same Scourge, Anything written by: Raymond Fiest, David Eddings, Ben Bova,Robert Heinlein, Arthur C. Clarke, Frank Herbert. I love anything epic - I love a book that will scream me along a path and dump me at the end thinking "wtf just happened?" T.S Elliot, Dante, anything Fantasy or sci-fi - but not often fantasy sci-fi :P Biographies. Secret addiction to Romance Novels.

B)Movies: Willow, 5th Element, Princess Mononoke, Star Trek Movies, Star Wars, Aliens, Predator, Princess Bride, Napoleon Dynamite, Mr Holland's Opus, Serenity, Walk the Line, Chronicles of Riddick, Anything with Elizabeth Taylor, Marilyn Monroe..etc

C) Spicy food, ethnic food, chocolate...mmmmm

D) Music: Apparently my taste is totally 90's. Which is true. Add some 60's & 70's and occasional new stuff and welcome to my world. There is nothing wrong with Paper Lace peoples! TBH though I love anything with a good beat. I have everything from Doris Day to Rammstein and back again.

The six things I could never do without

~ My Son
~ My computer
~ My bookcase
~ Music
~ Sex
~ Chocolate

I spend a lot of time thinking about

What I will do when I become global leader, how would i survive in the wild if aliens take over the world, the beginning of the world, the end of it all and the most important question: Can I bring greek mythology back into mainstream religion?

On a typical Friday night I am

Crashing out reading and trying to achieve some inner quiet.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I have a little bit of a romance novel collection.... *sad i know!*

You should message me if

You are a bit odd, geeky, funny, witty or interesting and are not after a submissive. I am not sure what it is about my profile - but no - I am not looking for a dominant male to make my dreams come true.
