I am nice, casual, and awesome.

My Self-Summary

Hello, my name is Bryan, and this is my OkCupid profile. I'm totally awesome. Really.
I'm a good conversationalist. I've been known to miss sleep because I'll be talking with people until sunrise.
I love going to the movies, or to a good arcade from time to time.

I love Football, I'm hoping the Vikings win the Super Bowl this year!

I have a tattoo, but apparently OkCupid didn't like it, so I can't show it to you. (It's Spider-Man, it's really awesome, you're missing out. I swear.)

I'm the type of person that thinks having just a few very close friends is much more important than having a lot of friends that you only sort of know.

I am a libertarian. Please do me a favor. Don't automatically write me off because my political views may differ from yours. Ask me how I feel about this issue or that issue before you assume I'm a weirdo or something like that, thank you. Ron Paul has influenced my life a lot recently, I look up to the man a lot.

For some reason OkCupid doesn't remember my height. I am six feet tall.

What I’m doing with my life

Not doing a whole lot right now. Just working. Trying to save money. Hoping to start a business at some point. I keep myself busy with friends, and politics.

I’m really good at

I used to be pretty good at playing with POGs. But then I lost all of mine. But I'm going to become a champion POG player now, because I just received a set of POGs in the mail a few days ago! I absolutely need someone to practice with though! I'm good at dedicating myself to things. If I get it in my head that I want/need/deserve something, I usually stick with it. Even if it seems unattainable. I'm pretty good at guessing what movie/TV show is on the TV just by watching it for 10 seconds.

The first things people usually notice about me

People generally notice my huge Hulk Hogan esque biceps first. Just kidding ;) I suppose people notice my shaved head first. Apparently I have decent eyes, too. I always hated them, but I've heard otherwise on more than one occasion. So figure it out for yourself!

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

My favourite series of books is Harry Potter. I also like 1984, and The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, Usagi Yojimbo. My favourite Movie is "Ghostbusters", but I love lots of movies including The Princess Bride, Lord of the Rings, WarGames, the Star Wars trilogy, The Breakfast Club, Back to the Future, Hackers, and Cloverfield. My favourite music is hard to say.. I like all kinds of music as long as I can get into it. I love Tom Waits, Sonny Sharrock, The Aquabats, Beck, Radiohead, The Pillows, Minibosses, Les Claypool, The Bobs. I'm trying to expose myself to unknown music right now, since I seem to like it more than mainstream anyway.. My favourite shows are Mystery Science Theatre 3000, The Real Ghostbusters, Robot Chicken, Venture Brothers, House, Space Ghost Coast To Coast, Futurama, Family Guy, Dexter, and The Prisoner.
Lately I've been enjoying healthier foods. Salads, oatmeal, scrambled eggs. When I have a cheat day I usually go for buffalo wings, or Chinese food, I miss those things a lot.

The six things I could never do without

Since I only get six... 1. My friends 2. The Internet 3. Liberty 4. My cell phone 5. Music 6. Somewhere to collect my thoughts

I spend a lot of time thinking about

I think about Politics a lot. More often than not I'm thinking about how something that someone did will effect something else in a completely unpredictable way, like for example, I own a car, right now I'm looking at selling it and getting a different car, but what would happen if I crashed the car tomorrow. Now all of the sudden the potential new driver of the car doesn't get the car, ends up not being able to find a different car, and can not get work. Terrible, just terrible. I only think about things like that to amuse myself though. I'm not crazy, yet. ;) I like to think about cartoons. I spend a lot of time thinking about the future. I also spend a lot of time thinking about the past. My mind is rarely on the present.

On a typical Friday night I am

Sadly, I'm generally working every Friday night. If I'm not working, I'm usually just relaxing at home with a few friends, perhaps out at a movie.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I don't have a gal bladder.
My messages wouldn't appear highlighted in my own inbox. I assume this is because I am a male. Although it might be because I am myself.

You should message me if

Just do it.

I like to talk to people as long as there's something to talk about, however I'm not good at coming up with topics. I'm open to talking to just about anyone, so if you feel like saying anything to me say it. I'm a pretty friendly person.
