My new hobby is geocaching....awesome adventure! I rarely go anywhere without turning every stone. I have found some pretty interesting places and things. I am INDEPENDENT. I can take out the garbage as easily as you can. I know how to change a light bulb and fix the whatchamacallit on the thingamajig. I know how to back up a trailer and drive a five speed. I always seek to learn new things.
I like to LAUGH. I like to find joy and laughter in all things. Someone told me in the past that I was "sawed off" because I am short. I still smile about that one. Okay...you had to be there....
I am POSITIVE. It is easy to be happy if you always look at the brighter side of things. Don't bring me down. I don't like negative attitudes. There is something good in everyone and everything. I refuse to dwell on the mistakes or disappointments that are sometimes a part of life; instead I have learned to make things better. I don't dwell on things of the past.
I am OPTIMISTIC. I am energetic and positive about the things I do, and always hope for the best. I believe in myself at all times and in all aspects of my life. One day, before I know it or least expect it, those wonderful dreams I have believed in all my life, will come true.
I REFUSE to be unhappy; I am cheerful instead. I refuse the let my troubles multiply; I just take them one by one. I organize my time; I keep my life simple. I refuse to complain about things. I have learned from experience that the greater part of our happiness or misery depends upon our dispositions, and not upon our circumstances.
I am NOT Cinderella, Snow White or Sleeping Beauty. I do not have a Fairy Godmother and I don't click my heels together to make wishes come true. I am not a Diva or a Goddess. I am just ME.
About YOU: I wanted to put "dreamy" as the color of eyes but that wasn't a choice. I want to find the man who calls me beautiful instead of hot, who will lie under the stars and listen to my heartbeat, or will stay awake just to watch me sleep... I will wait for the man who kisses my forehead, who wants to show me off to the world when I am in sweats, who holds my hand in front of his friends, who thinks I'm just as pretty without makeup on. One who is constantly reminding me of how much he cares and how lucky his is to have me.... The one who turns to his friends and says, 'that's her'.
