Have to admit I'm really lousy at this kind of thing. Even harder I've always have doubts about internet dating. My GFs say never go on a free dating website, because ...you know.
But what the heck, I think my PhD title alone would scare off those people. :@

Firstly, I'm quite independent. Well, I suppose I have to, after having been living abroad for more than a decade. I have studied/worked in countries in southeast Asia, the Continent, and now I end up in the southeast corner of this island.

I like people who have brains, humor and wit, self-confidence (not narcissism), resilience, strength of character, a willingness to learn and be taught (humility).

I'm especially attracted to men who are academically intelligent, but also well versed in history, literature, philosophy, ..., things that could keep a meaningful conversation going. People who enjoy outdoor activities, feel at ease in nature, adventurous, and live life to the full.

In my spare time, I read a lot, though nothing serious, go to movies; I like documentaries; do yoga, cycling, etc.
