I'm a very spontanious and adventurous woman. I enjoy traveling, putting my toes in the dirt, laughing, and spending time with people that make me feel like I'm at home. I value restfulness equal to productivity. I rarely spend time in front of the television, as I would rather live my own life then watch someone else's. I keep myself very busy, so there is little time to be bored. =D

I have a great job, I travel, and spend as much time with my friends and family as each day will allow me. I don't have the flexiblity as I have had in the past to travel as frequently, due to the demands of my job, unfortunately.

I have an optimistic outlook on life, I'm selective on who I share my time with, I appreciate simplicity, and I don't get caught up in the details.

I'm content for a few moments of the day, when I'm able to see the sun set or rise, to feel the pull from an amazing moon, or experience a blanket of stars in the sky. There is an uncertain beauty in it and it inspires me to keep moving onward toward my goals, aspirations, and uncertain plans for the future. The experience reminds me that there can be beauty in everyday as long as you stop and appreciate it for a moment.

Happiness. "I think, therefore I am." Happiness doesn't just magically happen for you.

Nothingness. I discovered meditation in college.

Food. What am I going to make for dinner? Where does it come from? What's in it? Anticipating the desire to eat it!

Being conscious of myself, my actions, and the world around me and how they might effect others. I believe the world can become a better place with one smile and a helping hand.

Spending time with friends, hopefully sitting under the stars away from the city lights, or out on a new adventure. :D
