My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
British transplant, extradited from London in 2007 for a crime I didn't commit, I escaped to the Los Angeles underground. I've been surviving as a soldier of fortune but to be honest with you it's not all it's cracked up to be, I'm thinking of getting a job in a supermarket.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I've taken to playing this to myself every morning
Now he clearly had a lot of issues but I think he got this right, put a ding in the universe or some such. The periods of my life where I've been happiest I've been doing things for other people; expedition to Belize in 98 and follow up work with training venturers for their trips. Non-proft work in Film & TV and most recently commissioning documentaries and shows for a pro-social digital network. If it all sounds a bit heavy then I'm probably not a perfect fit for you, but I find it great fun.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
DIY, self-help, philosophical conversations and talking rubbish. More recently I've become good at attempting things my body isn't naturally designed to do like hot yoga.

Irving Welsh, Martin Amis and Will Self are always reliable
Love classic movies and modern-day junk as well, one of the great surprises to me was how much I enjoyed White House Down - seriously good fun, considering...
Increasingly I think I have terrible taste in music, which probably is a problem considering I worked in music for almost 5 years in the UK.
I used to love incredibly rich food; I'd be the one ordering 3 courses of heart attacks. Since moving to LA I've taken a new lease on life and love Sushi, salads and anything that begins with an s. Though I still love pizza delivery, bbq, steak dinners and mac&cheese.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
books, the internet, gadgets, my phone, movies and friends
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.

On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
not speaking to anyone who has a typical Friday night - unless is work related - seriously! I'm also confused because Thursday was the new Friday, which then made Friday the new Saturday, but someone recently told me hump day is the new Thursday, which makes... Friday Sunday night, which means I'm depressed because it's work tomorrow; can someone help?
