Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Welcome! Nice of you to drop by for a visit.
While I believe I'm an amazing woman, I'm savvy enough to know that
I'm a bit of an enigma--some sweet and a lot of spicy to make me a
challenge and not a pushover. That almost sounds like some secret
sauce, doesn't it?
As a complex woman (yeah, I guess that's a given), I am: Active,
dancer, vivacious, independent, traveller, fit, drama-free,
inquisitive, tactile, optimistic, ENTJ, playful, movie and sports
lover, sometimes klutzy and wordy (can't you tell?), impatient,
technologically and vertically challenged, night owl who gets up
early, and have been known to bite back if bitten. Gently. (And
yes, for you grammar nazis, I realize I've mixed adjectives, nouns
etc. to give you insight into the REAL me.)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Retired interior designer. Current federal employee. Daily workout.
Spending way too much time watching sports and movies. Hiking Path
of the Gods in Italy. House projects. Exploring the road of no
regrets. Investment club. Living in the present.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Running with scissors.
Wearing skirts, dresses and heels.
Traveling with one carry on bag.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
A word that bears mentioning: callipygian. Look it up. Don't have
to? Even better!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Gone With the Wind and Bull Durham. Chris Issak, Keith Urban, Johns
Mayer and Legend, Rihanna, Maroon 5, and more recently Sam Smith.
Food? Eat to live. Not much of a tv watcher, except for Blacklist
and Game of Thrones (yes, I do close my eyes during the gory parts)
and movies on HBO. I love lacrosse and the Packers.
Prefer activity and books, like The Four Agreements, Blink, Tipping
Point, The Art of Racing in the Rain and Born to Run. Any
Absolutely love those pictures of you smiling, that show the
twinkle in your eyes. However, the hook that snags me is your
descriptive profile. Keep up the great work.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Optimism, hope, faith, Love with a big L. I vascillate over 5 and
6. Of course, one of those could be you.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My favorite saying is: Things
happen for a reason, just believe.
I also believe in the miracle of second chances...in love and
together we are better.
Wondering if the words here matter, or if you just check out the
pics. Thank you to everyone (who read this far) and for confirming,
it's all about the pictures.
Friendship on fire describes what I seek--that all important spark
of attraction. Mentally stimulating. Easygoing demeanor. Nice. If
you sport an engaging smile or great hands (good for opening jars
or reaching the top shelf) or want to know more, then please send
me a message.
Life doesn't always turn out as expected. Sometimes, it's even
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Ready for a new adventure. Unfortunately no new adventure, but
today I became the proud owner of a new Lennox furnace. Pretty
exciting after almost a week without air conditioning. Yep, it's
the little things in life that make one happy.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I may not be perfect, but parts of me are excellent.
Wondering why so many guys don't put a thing in this section.
My boys call me delicate flower.
Still not satisfied, are you?
Ok, one last attempt...I would love to take tango, swing or salsa
lessons and dance the night away.

You made it through my entire profile, you'd like to race go-carts,
hit a bucket of golf balls, have an adventure, go for a walk or a
bike ride, live with zest, or you can relate to Annie Savoy and
Crash Davis' connection in Bull Durham. Would you, could you be my
kryptonite? For really big points, let's go dancing. If you're a
non-couch potato who can string together a couple of sentences to
engage in witty banter, then...
Tag, you're it!
For those of you unfamiliar with Crash Davis: fit, articulate,
mentally challenging, confident, loved an independent woman with a
vulnerable heart, and passionate about something--not necessarily
And if not, then good luck in your search...you deserve to find the
love of your life.
