look deep inside
there is something that is hidden behind
the deep blue eyes
covering, the sea with all its tides

why does she come home at night
why does the sleep through the daylight
why does she hide
where to go
its like the sea with its controlling tides
its something, that isnt fo'sho

who is the girl standing beneath the sea
it is like someone is watching me
Looking over the side
with her deep blue eyes
there is something there
but what does she see?

as night fades away
the dawn awakes
the girl aches
and why isnt she found
beneath the rubble
under the sea
why does no one
come looking for me?

the dawn breaks
her arms ache
she needs an escape
but there is no time left
nothing to fear
not even death

as the moon glows
the night sky glistens in her eyes
as it is low tide
everyone froze
as she appeared on the shore
no one cared
just allowed her to glide by
now its no longer low tide
so she is out to sea
with nowhere to hide.
