I am geeky, unique, and giving.

My Self-Summary

I enjoy getting out and having fun with my friends, but sharing a good conversation with someone can be just as nice. I value the ability of *real* communication and think it is essential for a good friendship as much as a relationship. Sarcasm is an excellent way to soften difficult situations as well as make some good jokes, and it's important that I find someone who can roll with the punches as well as hand them out. After all, it's called sarcasm for a reason. ;)

I'm looking for someone who wants to stick around for awhile, not just one night, and for the money we dish out on this site, I'd hope you want the same! I managed a purchasing dept for awhile so I am generally quite shrewd with my money, but that said, I enjoy getting out and having some fun! Just don't expect me to spend the extra $.50 to super size it! ...unless I'm going to be sharing with someone of course... :)

I'm somewhat of a geek at times, and enjoy playing video games with my friends. Mario Party on the Wii is most excellent. A good game of Monopoly or a round of catch phrase is always a personal favorite.

I think the three things I love most in life are good massages, playing the piano, and discovering the unknown. If a song has a piano in it, you can just about be sure I'll like it, and if you can play, well, that and a good massage are my kryptonite.

What I’m doing with my life

Right now I'm working in Cambridge for a small Advertising + Marketing company doing IT Support. While I'm there I'm about to wrap up a degree from Fisher college. With the economy in its current situation I've decided its time to start looking at homes, so the search for a condo is also in the works. Yay for open homes!

I’m really good at

Supporting my friends, navigating my car through congested traffic at a high rate of speed, computers, eating candy, and although often called crazy, I can climb a tree like nobody's business.

The first things people usually notice about me

Right now it would be the fact that I don't really have any hair as I recently shaved it all off. Next to that perhaps that I walk very quickly and I'm most likely wearing a shirt with the Apple Computer logo on it.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Favorite Movies:
Event Horizon, Gattaca, Legend, Labyrinth, Contact, The Day The Earth Stool Still, Powder, The 5th Element, GI Jane, Finding Nemo, Stargate, Dune, Dark City, Blade, Hackers, Antitrust, Seven, Terminator, The Lawnmower Man, Edward Scissorhands, Donnie Darko, Waterworld, The Neverending Story, Harold & Kumar, Spaceballs, Braveheart, Kill Bill, Momento, Run Lola Run, Requim For a Dream, Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas, The Matrix movies (Including Animatrix), StarWars, Star Trek, Aliens, Adventures in Babysitting, and V For Vendetta.

Favorite TV Shows:
BSG, The X-Files, Eli Stone, Alias, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, ER, Stargate, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Star Trek (TNG & Voyager ftw though!), 30 Rock, Heroes, The Outer Limits (cheesy, but good fun), Medium, Fringe, The 4400, How Clean is Your House, The Office, CSI (the ORIGINAL one), Kathy Griffin.

Favorite Music:
I'm VERY eclectic with my music, trance being a favorite, but if I were to drop a few names... Dune, Grendel, VNV, Robert Miles, Green Day, Linkin Park, Jewel, Michelle Branch, Dishwalla, Weezer, Snow Patrol, t.A.T.u., (just a SMIDGEN of Alabama), Prodigy, Gigi D'Agostino, Melissa Etheridge, Static-X, Genesis, Art of Trance, U2, Blossom.

The six things I could never do without

1) Technology - My Computer, iPhone, and whatever next years gadget is!

2) My Friends - I wouldn't be where I am without them.

3) Video Games - RPG's & Old school adventure in particular... Does anyone else recall when Lucas Arts made real games like Sam & Max hit the road, Day of the Tentacle, Monkey Island, Loom, Full Throttle....? ya, nothing these days can compare! :-)

4) My Car - Some people think it's weird, but when there's not a lot of traffic, I personally love to drive. I've always found it to be a great way to just relax and think about things that need to be thought of. I also generally like to drive a little more on the assertive side... slow people in the left most passing lane = just not cool!

5) Being held by someone you're deeply in love with

6) Music - The Piano specifically, If I really like a song right away I find more often then not it's because there is a predominant piano in it! :-)

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Pretty much everything. Sometimes my friends tell me that I think too much, but if I had someone trustworthy to share my thoughts with, I probably could get them out of my head and wouldn't have to spend as much time thinking about them! I also constantly wonder what will become of Apples Inc. stock prices and when is the best time to sell!

On a typical Friday night I am

Trying to spend time with my friends &/or someone special. Whether we all go out for a night on the town, or stay home and play monopoly, apples to apples, catch phrase, or some other thoroughly enjoyable yet unmentioned game.

Every now and then when I need to relax I'll stay home and indulge myself with a good movie (usually action or sci-fi), some Burger King and a 40oz, but that's been rare lately... ;-)

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I have a secret obsession with WoW, will sometimes eat frosting right out of the container, and had my gay card revoked for dressing too much like a straight man.

You should message me if

you feel inclined to do so after reading this profile or feel a strong urge to challenge me to a game of monopoly. Don't worry, I don't bite, although that's mostly because it doesn't work very well online... I KID, I KID! :)
