My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I was born in Nebraska and raised in Iowa, which means that I still call soda "pop." I'll never stop calling it pop. Don't try to change me, baby. I grew up playing the drums, acting on stage, and making crappy movies with my friends. The last one stuck, which is why I moved to Los Angeles.

I've been in LA for seven years, worked for game shows, pilots, entertainment news, and scripted comedies, all of which, despite the stress and b.s., have been rewarding experiences. Currently working a 9-to-5er as a closed captioner so I have the free hours to network and write.

I won an award at Shriekfest LA for a script I wrote, which was awesome, and I'm currently playing the drums in a band - we've played at Fox and Hounds, Universal Bar, House of Blues, a few other spots. I like baking. A real man is one with the courage to lattice a strawberry pie.

I'm keeping my eyes open for a fellow nerd who's attractive and funny.
