My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I really like my life the way that it is now. I love my job, friends, family, and spending time with all of them and alone as well. However, I ultimately do want to do normal people things like introduce someone to my parents, get married, buy a house, and have some children, and grow old with someone I enjoy spending time with, so it seems like the only way to get from here to there is to try online dating. Sometimes I feel like life is exciting and exhausting and challenging and hilarious all at once, and that is really fun... But I would like someone to make dinner and drink wine with who wants to talk about all those crazy things with me.

I do miss old fashioned meeting someone through friends, flirting with them, eventually hanging out with them one-on-one, and going from there, but does that even happen these days? I wonder if one day in the future, when we forget technology and meet people naturally again, people will look back and say, "I miss good old-fashioned online dating." Probably not.

I am confident, warm, introspective, and energetic and looking for someone who is the same. I am looking for someone who likes to relax with a glass of wine, and enjoys time with friends and trying new restaurants. I like exercise and try to do so 3-5 days a week, but I'm not competitive and definitely wouldn't be described as "outdoorsy". I am looking for someone educated, who has a solid foundation of things they spend time doing but wants to add another person to their life. I'm not looking to just hook-up, or for someone with kids who live with them. Intelligence and having a job that requires it is a must. (This is a nice way of saying by now you should have finished 4 years of college in a reasonable amount of time about a decade ago.)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
making people feel comfortable, exploring cities I either live in or don't live in, hostess-ing, reading, cleaning, organizing (do those count?), and I just got a bike.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
-wine and music, preferably combined
-sonicare toothbrush
-time to myself
-a few of my friends who have exceptional ways of saying what I need to hear or articulating what I can't say
-lululemon pants. Sure they are expensive but you guys know you love them.
-Pledge. Like the cleaning stuff.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.

Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either working :( or out for dinner and drinks. Or dinner party at someone's house. I like those a lot.

Sometimes I go on first and second dates and then I stop responding to text messages. But everyone does that, right?
