I'm a Sydney Uni graduate in politics who recently made the decision to become a chef (better to give it a go rather than die wondering what might have been right?).

So yeah, I cook stuff for a living now. I can bake a mean cake....just so you know.

When I'm not in the kitchen you can probably find me chillaxin to music (nicolas jaar, tame impala, wilco, fleet foxes, new order, stone roses and twin shadow are some of my favs), playing guitar or reading a book (probably cooking related).

I'm a pretty easygoing guy most of the time and like to chill out and have fun when I get the chance. I try not to ever take things too seriously and tend to have a pretty dry, sarcastic sense of humor most of the time. People who are highly strung and serious all the time tend to stress me out.

I'd rather spend a night with a small group friends at a nice small bar, restaurant or gig rather than get smashed in a seedy club...not that theres anything wrong with that.

My general moral philosophy is more or less pragmatic i.e. try not to be a dickhead or waste time with dickheads.
