My self-summary
I'm a series of contradictions - not indecisive, but balanced. A few examples:

*Passionate about my career / know when to stop working and start living;
*Live in the city and love every bit of it / enjoy escaping to the great outdoors for an adventure;
*Enjoy time spent with my friends and family / value the time to myself;
*Love exploring something new / find comfort in visiting an old favorite;
*Notice the details / know how not to sweat the small stuff.
What I’m doing with my life
Living it. Designing it. Loving it.
I’m really good at
You'll have to find out for yourself.
The first things people usually notice about me
How about you just tell me what you noticed!
The six things I could never do without
In no particular order:
*Friends and family
*Travel and adventures
*Good design

Six seems like a strange number, so I'm adding oysters, bourbon, summit views, the ocean and laughter to the list.

Now my list goes to eleven!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Travel - both near and far. The more of this world I see and experience, the more I realize just how little I know about it.

Architecture and design - it's an occupational hazard (or perk, depending on your point-of-view.)

The fact that we now have to live in a Kodachrome-free world and the 747 is on its last production run.
On a typical Friday night I am
Turning "typical" into "atypical" - often while out having laughs over drinks and good food with my friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
If I wrote it here, then it wouldn't be private - apparently the OK Cupid doesn't understand that the interwebs are not private.
You should message me if
(A) You're fast. And thorough. And sharp as a tack.
(B) You appreciate spelling, punctuation and typography and understand all can add (or detract) from the message.
(C) If any of this sounds reasonably good to you (and why wouldn't it?)
(D) You think we'd be able to extricate ourselves from the on-line dating industrial complex.
(E) You want to show me your dance routine set to a Jackson 5 song.
