My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am an honest and caring person, easy-going, non-confrontational, adventurous. I love to make people laugh, and have someone make me laugh. I tend to be shy, but if I am comfortable with you, can probably talk your ear off.
I also want to state this: if you email me, and I do not respond, it is only because I feel that I may not be a good match for you. At this stage in my life I do not wish to waste anyone's time, yours or mine. :)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Just trying to make it work! Learning how to go from being a 'mom', to focusing on, and improving 'me'. My son is 20, so 'mom' is not needed as much anymore. I try to work out 2-4 times a week, but to be honest, some weeks go better than others.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being thoughtful of other peoples needs. I like to do special things for those people who are important in my life. However, I guess I need to learn how to put myself first sometime.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
People usually first notice my eyes, my smile, and then yes, my eyes ;)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Enjoy too many different types of food to choose any specifics. I do love sweets though, so desserts are a favorite :)
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) My son
2) My family
3) Friends
4) Faith in God
5) Laughter
6) Meeting new people, and learning and growing from those experiences.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The future. Looking forward to meeting that 'someone special' to spend time with and laugh with. (I wouldn't even mind just finding a good friend along the way too.) How do we really know what we are 'searching' for in someone else? I feel if the connection is there, you enjoy each others company, and become friends, then other things will fall into place and the rest will just 'happen'. I have faith that my 'special someone' is out there.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Relaxing after the work-week, and looking forward to the weekend.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I need to get to know you first. :)
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You should message me if you want me to message you. I am old-school, so I probably will be too shy to message you first. And there isn't a way to just give a 'wink' on this site. ;)
