I'm a recent graduate with 3 undergrad degrees (Acting, History, and Education). I'm currently working as a high school teacher (If you're interested in what ASK!). I'm not sure if this is what I want to do the rest of my life. However, it is nice to help pay off the student loans. The way I see it life is a random journey. Go with it! See what life brings to you!

Books: LOVE BOOKS! My history side like stuff by Stephen Greenblatt (Will and the World and the Swerve), Howard Zinn (People's History of the US), C.V. Wedgwood (30 Years War). The theatre side is obsessed with Tennessee Williams (Glass Menagerie), David Mamet (Oleanna), Tom Stoppard (The Real Thing), and who could forget Shakespeare!!!! In terms of more legit literature I like Mark Twain, Harper Lee, Oscar Wilde, and Ernest Hemingway. Also I was a huge Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings fan in high school. The nerd in me still loves these!

Movies: I'm a huge cinephile! I'll watch just about anything. Some of my favorites include Harold and Maude, Being John Malkovich, Love Actually, The Big Labowski, Yes Man, Revolutionary Road, Religilous, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Almost Famous, Fargo, The Jerk, Death at a Funeral (Brit version only), This is Spinal Tap, Star Wars, Little Miss Sunshine. Many more though!!!

TV: The Office, Always Sunny in Philadelphia, How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, Arrested Development, Dr. Who, Freaks and Geeks, The Muppet Show, Daily Show, Colbert Report

Where will I explore next. Kicked off last summer with a trip to Tennessee for Bonnaroo. It was awesome! I followed this up with a cross country tour. I visited Pittsburgh, DC, Chapel Hill, Charlotte, San Antonio, Phoenix, LA, San Francisco, Reno, Michigan, and Pittsburgh again. Along the way I got stuck in traffic, helped DJ a late night radio show, experienced Texas 2 stepping and West Coast Swing, went to a massive water park, saw the Grand Canyon, saw Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band, drove through a wild fire, drove through a monsoon, was in a city the same time Obama and Romney were, stayed in a casino, and much more!!! I loved it so much and love adventuring! Who knows where the wind will blow!

Also I think a lot about the nature of our society. I mean we are so awesomely advanced but at the same time some of the norms and religious expectations of many groups in society are hopelessly archaic. Call me a hippie, but we need to move to the future.

I'm up for anything! I love going out to a bar and partying it up. I also love to spend the night at home watching a movie or reading. That or a night with a small group of friends just hanging out and playing board games or something.
