I am a computer and math geek. Science and technology are my passion. I love geek communities and events and I spent a significant amount of my spare time coding, reading or doing tech stuff.

Besides that, I am also an arts fan. You might find me drawing comics or sketches, painting portraits or trying to get better in photography.

My lifestyle is rather urban. I feel most comfortable in big cities, because I like to be close to all sorts of interesting people and locations. I have a thing for eccentric people. I love to explore all sort of things and like my partner to be open for experiments as well.

I am a rather chaotic (or messy) person, although managing my life pretty well. I am a cat person, owning two cute little black devils. I am known for my dry humor and sarcastic comments. I usually am more pessimistic than optimistic, so be aware of my cynicism.

I am not like the other girls. You'll never find me hanging on the phone talking to my best girl friend for three hours, but you might find me sitting at my computer in the middle of the night chatting with weird strangers in the IRC. You'll rarely see me wearing a skirt, but you'll be impressed by my collection of geek shirts. I can't cook (well), but I can change the tires of my car by myself. I prefer a good thriller movie to romantic hollywood comedys, a good metal band to the whatever boygroup is hot at that time.

Generally speaking, I am looking for a soul mate to share my life with (or at least some fun until the real thing comes along). I am a rather independent person, but I also like someone to come home to. I am curious about life (including people, places, sex), but exploring it alone is only half as much fun. I have a social life and I want you have one as well - and parts of it in common. I am looking for a partner who has the guts to deal with me, who can let me fly and catches me when I fall.

I currently work as a software developer. I like to apply my skills in a way that makes the world a little bit better. I am satisfied with my choice of profession, but not fully with my current job. Besides my job I spend my spare time exploring my city, the internet and the world of science and art.

First of all: i prefer audiobooks to books. I like crime stories, thrillers and a little science fiction. My favorite authors are: Sara Paretsky, Peter Hoeg, Minette Walters. Besides novels, I read a lot of textbooks about science and technology.

Well, I do not have a tv, but you know there is the internet, so: M. D. House, The Big Bang Theory, Tatort (yes, the good old german Tatort - it rocks!)

Food:
I love good food and am a little gourmet. I prefer italian, japanese, chinese, but try everything at least once :) I love meat and fish, pasta, cheese, strawberries, sweets, and many more things.
