My Self-Summary
I don't know how to start this and I am sure I will leave something
out. I am a sports fan (Cubs and Nascar don't count) and I enjoy
people watching either at bar, event or walking down the street.
Next to my 2 fantastic children my family and friends are so
important. They have been there through the hard times and shared
the best memories with me. I believe that men should have a "guys
night out" once in a while and that a "girls night out" is just as
important.
What I’m doing with my life
I am new to the dating scene trying to balance being a involved
father to my young son and daughter while trying to have an active
social life. My job is great and really allows me to juggle the
work/life balance.
I’m really good at
Listening and mediating. (No I am not a social worker or
therapist). I'm told I am a good cook. You would need to be the
judge of that. I am good at making the best out of a bad situation.
The first things people usually notice about me
I am smiling or laughing and trying to have fun.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
There are not too many movies or tv shows I don't like. My dvr is
burning up. Most music is fine. The real twangy country music is
annoying. There isn't a cuisine I am not a fan of. Pizza is my
favorite. I enjoy a bottle of wine sitting at home or at dinner. I
would have a beer at a bar or bbq.
The six things I could never do without
My 2 children, good health, family, friends, the rest would depend
on the day or what I am doing.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I don't dwell too much on the small things. I worry about how to be
the best father to my daughter. I can raise a boy and provide
guidance and wisdom but when it comes to a little girl this is not
nearly as easy. I am learning and getting better. I don't
anticipate french braids in my future but anything for daddy's
little girl.
On a typical Friday night I am
Rolling with the day either heading out to a bar with friends or
just sitting at home catching up on the shows on the dvr.
